Server log files

When you open this website, the hosting provider's web server automatically records technical information that your browser transmits. This typically includes the page requested, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and version, the operating system, the referring page and the IP address.

This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify you personally. It is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after a short period, normally within a few days.

Hosting

This website is hosted by a service provider within the European Union. The provider processes the data described above on behalf of the controller and on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Encryption

This website uses TLS encryption (https) for security reasons and to protect the transmission of content. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the address bar of your browser.

Contact by email

If you write to the email address given on this website, your message and the contact details it contains will be stored in order to deal with your enquiry and for any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your message relates to a contract or booking, and otherwise a legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Your message is kept for as long as it is needed, and deleted once the matter is settled and no statutory retention period applies.

Album player

The album on the home page is played through a player supplied by Timezone Records (timezone.team). The player is loaded together with the page. In doing so your IP address and the usual technical connection data are transmitted to that server so that the audio files and the cover image can be delivered. No cookies are set by the player and no profile is created; the data is used to deliver the audio and to keep the service running (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — legitimate interest in presenting the music).

YouTube videos

The videos on this website are hosted by YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

The videos are not loaded automatically. Until you click the play button, no connection to YouTube is established and no data is sent there. Once you click play, the video is loaded from the extended data protection mode domain youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment YouTube receives your IP address and information about the video you are watching, and may set storage entries on your device. If you are signed in to a Google account, YouTube can assign the visit to that account.

Loading a video happens only after your active click and is therefore based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time by not playing the videos and, if you wish, by clearing your browser storage. Data may be transferred to servers of Google LLC in the United States. Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses for such transfers.

Details are set out in Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

Links to social media

This website links to profiles on YouTube, Facebook, Spotify and Apple Music. These are plain links, not embedded plug-ins or buttons — no data is transmitted to those services until you follow a link. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

Press kit download

The press kit is a file stored on this server. Downloading it requires no registration and no personal data; the download appears in the server log files described above.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to obtain information about the personal data held about you, and to request its rectification or erasure. You also have the right to request the restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise these rights, write to the email address given above.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority at the controller's place of residence is:

Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit
Rue de la Presse 35 / Drukpersstraat 35
